I just go back from traveling to Augusta Georgia for a GI Joe Toy Show. I traveled to JoeFest with two other collectors. We stopped along the way at various toy/comic shops. I sent a photo of the broken Pop to a couple buddies and it started a conversation. Why was the head molded in yellow plastic instead of flesh? So I decided to make a video. I filmed this back in May 2020 when Covid was a much newer thing. Then I forgot about the footage. Well, I rediscovered it and edited it up. What's going on? This video contains vintage home movie footage of Christmas morning and I also do a review to this 1992 Destro v3 figure which I've had since I was a kid. He's a pretty classic looking figure with a bulkier 90's GI Joe torso and a gimmicky weapon.

Buzz Chuckhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10963546548557978398noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3161198100096347985.post-2487921577560514952020-11-30T16:22:00.002-05:002020-11-30T16:22:15.726-05:00Jake's Toy Show Haul
Jake's Flea Market, in Barton PA, occasionally hold a small toy show in a pole barn. Back in July my buddies and I went and I never got around to editing my haul. But finally here it is. I mostly bought GI Joe and Ninja Turtles items. I also picked up a few miniatures from Warhammer 40k. I think the best pick ups from the show were the four Toon Turtles.

Sorry I've basically been MIA from the blog. If you've followed Action Figure Adventures for a while, you've probably noticed I shifted most of my attention to YouTube. I mostly just promote videos here. But I was shocked to see it had been so long since I posted.

I wanted to say "hi", I'm still alive. My job has been virtual for a while now and I'm spending a lot of time with my girl friend and her two kids. I recently got a new computer and I'm learning new editing software. I've been to a couple tiny toy shows during Covid, but all the big Cons and Shows have been canceled.

I hope everyone is staying safe.

Buzz Chuckhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10963546548557978398noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3161198100096347985.post-48619245340303529412020-01-23T17:37:00.001-05:002020-01-23T17:37:03.197-05:00MOTU Movie He-Man & SkeletorBased on the 80's live action Masters of the Universe movie we have He-Man & Skeletor. Many of the figures are from DC Collectibles, but there are a few other items in here as well. I hope everyone had a good Christmas as 2019 wraps up. I do apologize for not posting all my videos over here on the Action Figure Adventures Blog. If you don't want to miss a video make sure you subscribe to SEO Toy Review on YouTube.
