Batman '89 - DC Multiverse

The new wave a DC Multiverse figures are stating to hit store shelves. I'm so happy to have a really nice '89 Batman figure. I loved the old Kenner toys as a kid, but they weren't very movie accurate. This new figure is close to perfect.

He's dressed in his all black rubber Batsuit from the film. He has a nice cloth cape that hangs over his shoulders. Batman has nice sculpted details on his torso including muscles and the Batsymbol. Batman also comes with one accessory, his grapple gun.

Batman has some paint work on his belt and chest logo. The apps on the belt are really nice, hit symbol is decent but not perfect. It's a pretty small detail to apply paint to.

    2. Yikes! $20 way too much I was thinking they would be going for $10 like the first wave of these. Maybe at Target when they get them because TRU is always higher than anyone else.

    1. Yeah, I've been told they are cheaper at Target, but I never see them there. $18.99 is steep, but I really like them.
