Each figure comes carded on a cool looking card back. The only packaging difference between the figures are the little star burst sticker at the figures' knees that state the toys name. The reverse side of the card back features hand drawn cross sell art (not pictured)
Hercules - Son of Zeus
Archfiend - Skeleton Minion
Acromancer - Evil Warrior
Acromancer without Hades' helmet

I had never heard of these till now. They look fantastic. I'd love to add these to my Masters of the Universe Collection. Thanks for the review!
ReplyDeleteThey were just released. Zoloworld is a Pennsylvania (state I live in) company, and I found out about them though an event they held in New Jersey. I've met the owner and bought some of their protective cases. So I sort of follow what they are up to. They are cool and wave one is selling fast.

I saw them when they were first announced. I just didn't like the price point. $20 right?
ReplyDeleteWell, when companies like Hasbro and Mattel are getting $9 for a 3 3/4 figure and producing hundreds of thousands of them, the production cost will be much higher for a 5 3/4" figure being produced in a much smaller run size. Believe me, I thought twice about getting them. I really wanted to support Mike and his endeavor in bringing back some of these 80's designs.
DeleteI got mine today!
ReplyDeleteNice! Which guys did you get?
DeleteI got the two main ones with Herc and Acro. I will be posting on them tomorrow and plan giving your stop motion review a mention. : )
DeleteCool!
DeleteGot the blog post of these over at the Cosmic Ark if you want to check it out and i gave your review a mention too. : )
DeleteAfter doing my review I decided to order a couple Ultimate Evil Archfiends. They arrived today (next day, that's how close I am to these guys) so look for a review of that particular figure in the coming week.
