I bought this Happy Meal toy based on the Disney movie Tarzan several years ago at a yard sale. He's a pretty basic figure, but I thought I might customize him some day for use in a stop motion animation project. Tarzan is pretty basic but features articulation at the shoulders, hip, and knees. The figure balances well and can be easily posed in different stances. Tarzan was available at McDonald's in 1999.

Saurod & King Chooblah - MOTUC
Yesterday's Action Figure Adventures video features two Masters of the Universe Classics figures. Saurod based on the '87 movie and King Chooblah from the 200x cartoon series. Both figures are incredibly well detailed and use ton of new parts. King Chooblah is very impressive because his physical appearance is so different from that of a standard "He-Man". Check out my video review below.

Thunder Punch He-Man - Vintage MOTU
I've always been a fan of the original He-Man variants from the Masters of the Universe Line. I recently picked up Thunder Punch He-Man. Unfortunately I don't have his chrome shield but the figure is in great shape and he did come with his cool clear gold sword.
His chest is a little funky the way it is sculpted to include his action feature "back pack". His armor is non-removable and part of the chest sculpt. He's got some nice vac-metal chrome on this armor. Thunder Punch He-Man has the typical Masters Action Punch feature, but when a cap is put inside his backpack he makes a loud sound.
One unique thing about Thunder Punch He-Man is that his one hand is sculpted into a fist. This goes along well with his feature, but makes it hard for him to hold accessories.

Here are some clips from the 80's Voice Actor Panel at Retro Con. The video features Michael Bell, John Moschitta Jr, Doug Stone, and Michael McConnohie. Michael Bell is probably best know as Duke from GI Joe, Prowl from Transformers and Grumpy Smurf. John Moschitta is best known as Blurr from Transformers and as the Micro Machine Man. Doug Stone was Matt Tracker and many other characters on MASK. Michael McConnohie was Tracks on Transformers, Cross Country from GI Joe, and the Litch King from World of Warcraft.
The Audio isn't the best, but you can tell what they are saying.

Adam Bomb - Garbage Pail Kids Blind Box Figures
Over the weekend I made many awesome purchases at Retro Con. One of my favorites is the Adam Bomb figure from the new line of Garbage Pail Kids vinyl figure line. The staff from the Breaux Show were selling them un-blind boxed which helped me get the one I wanted with out the pain of buying blind. He's not sitting... and he doesn't have the little remote in his hand like on the original trading card, but they need to be able to reuse some of his parts to makes these guy economical. Adam Bomb is one of my favorite GBC and is sort of a mascot for the famous trading cards.

Kelek and Ringlerun LJN Dungeons & Dragons Wizards
Below are the two wizard figures from the Dungeons and Dragons toy line made by LJN. The evil Wizard Kelek (left) and the good Wizard Ringlerun (right). Both figures are missing their soft goods robes and staffs. They look more like street urchins that powerful wizards dressed like this.
Both figures feature "GIJoe like" articulation at the shoulders and hips, but that's about it. No neck, knees or elbow movement. I bought both of these guys a yard sales as a kid.
