This is an original animation cel from an episode of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, titled "The Gamesman". Episode MU069 is from the second season. The character design for Lord Todd is actually recycled from an episode from the first season called "
Heart of a Giant". In that episode the character with an identical appearance to Lord Todd ran a Side Show featuring oddities from around Eternia.This cel is from a sequence in which Lord Todd says "Well, time to go Teela.", right before He and Teela board his Talon Fighter. This is one of several cels that I donated to the
Toonseum.
