Bane - Hot Wheels
Right after I got my drivers license back I saw this bad boy while I was out toy hunting. My good friend Doug Moench is one of the co-creators of the character Bane, so I collect a lot of Bane merchandise. The car is based on the characters appearance rather than an actual vehicle from the comics. I picked up a second one to share with a friend.

ReplyDeleteIf I had known that when I was making up your package I would have gotten one for you as well. I have your box all packed up and I'm hoping to mail it out on Saturday. It's Bowling season right now so I don't get out of work early enough on week days to get to the post office.

ReplyDeleteI've known him since 1989. I became best friends with his son in 1st grade before I could even read. So I had know idea who he was. My Dad didn't believe Doug was famous/well known until the mid 90's when we went to Wizard World in Philly during the Knight Fall arc.
